Great location within easy walking distance of campus but enough to feel a little 'away' from it all. Straightforward and easy self checkin instructions plus great responsiveness from Christian for questions. Small but thoughtfully equipped and clean - great for a short, convenient stay.

I had an excellent stay at Christian’s studio in Little Italy. From the moment I made my reservation, Christian was exceptionally responsive and communicative. He reached out before my arrival with clear, detailed information about check-in, off-street parking, and the apartment itself, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The off-street parking was especially valuable in a neighborhood where parking can be challenging. Christian also provided thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, cafés, and neighborhood spots. Although familiar with New Haven and the area, I still appreciated the extra attention and local insights. The studio was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was clear that care had been taken to provide a welcoming experience. Overall, this was a great value in a fantastic location. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to New Haven and highly recommend it to others.

This was a perfect spot to explore the area. We came to eat some pizza and we were able to walk to both Sally's and PePe's within minutes. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfy, and the towels were so plush and soft. The shower pressure was very nice as well. It was quiet in the neighborhood and we were able to sleep soundly. There is a nice park, Wooster Park, nearby to walk in. The location was accessible to many other neighborhoods in the area that we had fun exploring. We also enjoyed East Rock Breads, Spruce Coffee and Kaiyden's, The Ordinary cocktail bar, and Modern pizza. We walked around the Yale campus area which is so beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed our time in New Haven and were thankful we had this apartment to come back to.

Christian was responsive when i ran into 1 tiny issue. Matter resolved in under 1 minute.
Very peaceful, happy birds, nice restaurants, cafe, parks near by. So much to do. The people were friendly. I didnt hear a noise my entire stay. What a lovely find.

Christian’s place was great! It was easy to find, close to a bunch of great restaurants, and quiet at night. I would stay there again next time I’m in New Haven.

The space was comfortable and had a ton of amenities.
The location was a few minute walk to great pizza places and a 10 minute drive to Yale and its museums.
