A violation of this rule will result in a $1,500 fee. ✔ Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises. A $500 violation fee will apply, along with any additional cleaning costs if required. ✔ Pets allowed only with written approval. ✔ Guests are liable for any damage or missing items. ✔ Use outdoor amenities at your own risk. ✔ No commercial use or subletting without approval. ✔ Replacement fees will be charged for any lost keys, remotes, or gate openers. Additional charges may apply for damages to appliances or amenities (such as the hot tub, board games, etc. or which ever applies), especially if caused by misuse or failure to follow provided instructions. ✔ Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival. ✔ Unauthorized early check-in/late checkout incurs a fee equal to peak nightly rate. ✔ Cancellations and refunds follow platform policies. ✔ Do not move or remove furniture, décor, or electronics—damages will be charged. ✔ We recommend travel insurance.
